Posters to promote COVID-19 vaccination
To promote vaccination and replace threatening facts and intimidation, common in Russian mass media, with positive emotions towards the COVID-19 protection.

We created a series of posters with the characters commonly unexpected to see in Russian streets. The first one contained wordplay reference to the cult Russian movie Brother 2, «What makes us stronger, nurse? — The vaccine». The mythically-looking character called Antibody became the main hero of other posters. It hugged passengers and reminded them “to add antibodies to their bodies”. Altogether these visuals aimed to maintain a positive attitude towards vaccination.
5 million daily views by the underground passengers. 15 publications in the media (just during the first day). 10 publications on Telegram channels. ~ 30 Instagram Stories about our posters from famous bloggers.

We’d increased the passengers engagement with the help of useful communication, clear messages and friendly visuals. During the COVID-19 pandemic we’d decided to go beyond social media and turned some visuals into posters for the underground trains. That was the result of our work from home.
Throughout the year, Moscow Metro social media publications went viral regularly. The number of social media followers (on Instagram, Facebook, VK, OK) organically rose by 80%. The brand’s social media image has become an independent phenomenon and an opinion leader of sorts.
We have also improved visual communication with the audience. Even celebrities who rarely visited the underground noticed it. Xenia Sobchak unexpectedly made an Instagram Story with our poster for her 9.3 million followers and spared us about 400 000 rubles on creative promotion.

We made several in-depth interviews with newcomer business founders and stumbled upon an insight: many of them had to fight the stereotypes in business they faced even from their family members. We came up with an idea that Alfa-Bank helps to be proud of your ideas even when the people closest to you believe that you’d done everything wrong. That’s how the campaign slogan was born: “You’ve done everything wrong. Go on!”
We were very proud that the client chose our creative frame for their campaign. A manifesto video with the real stories of real entrepreneurs and their struggles and doubts was spread through the Internet and on TV. Well-known Russian director Oleg Trofim made a commercial with our slogan.

AR activation for the release of a Coldplay album
To make a special digital project and create a media buzz to support the release of the ninth Coldplay album Music of the Spheres.

Results
We brought to life the album of a legendary British band Coldplay through AR technologies. 12 album tracks turned into 12 unique planets conjoined in print on a space-themed AR merchandise and posters around the city. If you looked at the print with a smartphone camera, in augmented reality a snippet of the song played, the planets revolved around the sun and the star dust changed its colour. The QR codes on hoodies and posters led to @warnermusic_ru Instagram account.
~100 000 unique users tried the AR-mask. 20 blogger publications. 10 articles in the media.

Zalipaking live show at the marketplace
To come up with an idea for an entertaining show inside the AliExpress mobile app to attract a wider audience.

Results
We created a Zalipacking show which combined shopping activities and entertainment. Guest stars packed some gifts found on AliExpress for their fellow celebrities during a livestream. Until the very end the users had no idea for whom the gifts were for. Viewers could also add items from the broadcast to their shopping carts and even buy them without leaving the live show window. The format increased engagement, sped up purchases and built loyalty to both the brands and the marketplace. We developed this concept in mere two weeks.
600 000 views. Almost 2 million likes in the app. 23 thousand purchases. The first episode broke the likes record in the app: 840 000, which is 4.5 times higher than the average number. The third episode set a record for the amount of people checking out new products, and a famous blogger Nastya Ivleeva posted our gift on her Instagram Stories. Three times. For free.

Special Euro-2020 project
To become an unofficial sponsor of UEFA Euro 2020 and support the Russian national football team.

Results
We produced giant murals with the Russian footballers and their head coach in their hometowns visually representing Eldorado style. The project was supported with a pack of Instagram animated stickers containing good luck wishes for the sportsmen.
We exceeded our goals and got an impressive amount of users’ attention. The total reach via media and social networks exceeded 3 million users. The Telegram channel Mash Gor devoted a report to the mural in Vladikavkaz without any collaboration requests from our side.

Special project for a “back to school” season
To promote express M.Video delivery service (50 kilometres in 2 hours) and attract the clients among students and schoolchildren’s parents.

The multichannel campaign was developed simultaneously in several directions, from the launch of a branded backpack into the stratosphere (to the radius of 50 km, just like M.Video delivery zone) to numerous blogger integrations. Actress and blogger Snezhana Samokhina made a live broadcast about the launch of the backpack. 100 chargers were put inside inside, and the brand then presented them as a gift during a special AR mask contest.
8000 user-generated publications. 3000 new subscribers to the brand. 8 media mentions.

Naming and rebranding for the call center
To come up with a new name and a new brand style for the PrimeCall call centre to attract new employees.

Results
We made a market research and found out that call centres usually don’t use the power of emotional attachment and community management. We offered to the brand a more emotional branding and a new name voolna (waave in Russian) as a metaphor for the sales strategy. Then we developed a platform with the DNA of a new brand, PR and SMM strategy, basic corporate identity rules and a merchandise collection. We also produced and shoot an image video.
A targeted ad of the call centre with the new branding resulted in 300 new applications. The HR team even asked to turn it off because they’d received too many letters and they were unable to answer to everyone anymore.

Safe scooter riding tips campaign
To decrease the negative buzz around electric scooters, an active usage of which caused quite a few accidents in big Russian cities.

We’ve launched a campaign about basic safety tips for riding a scooter. Famous lifestyle influencers from big Russian cities where scooters were common became our heroes. They used their Instagram stories to share essential tips on driving scooters safely and provided a promo code for the Whoosh service.
Total reach: 2 million users thanks to 24 bloggers from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg and Ufa.
To promote new flavours of Instinkt ice cream to a wider audience.

Results
We produced special Oh My God music track about brand’s new ice cream flavours and created a monthly TikTok challenge to create a video for the song in order to receive a gift from the brand. TV host and blogger Olga Buzova became our ambassador. The top TikTok bloggers Valya Karnaval and Anya Ishchuk helped to make this challenge viral.
Total reach: 1 715 000 000 (x1,5 of what we’d planned). Total number of clicks: 107 000. Views of videos via tag and music pages: 26 million. Number of users who created videos: 277 000.
Total views number, user engagement, the number of creators and creatives turned out to be higher than the TikTok benchmarks.
